About Billy J. Rutter, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Billy Rutter is a board-certified Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Rutter has extensive experience treating common conditions of the foot and ankle, including heel pain, sports injuries, foot deformities, diabetic foot problems, nerve pain, skin conditions, wound care, and post-surgical pain management. A graduate of Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa, Dr. Rutter completed a rigorous podiatric medicine and surgical residency at Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital and is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and board qualified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He maintains professional relations with the American Podiatric Medical Association, Ohio Foot and Ankle Medical Association, and American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Living an active lifestyle himself, Dr. Rutter understands the importance of taking the time to understand one’s condition and the unique circumstances to make sure each of his patients receive the best, evidenced-based treatment tailored to their life. A resident of Ostrander, Dr. Rutter enjoys spending quality time with his three children, woodworking, running, and gardening. He also enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and the Special Olympics. Dr. Rutter looks forward to seeing patients at the Marysville and Grove City offices.
