About Dr. Gregory Black , FACFAS
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Dr. Black graduated from Wilkes University in 1980. He and his family moved to Cleveland where he graduated from Ohio College of Medicine in 1984. After residency in Warren, Ohio, his family moved to Toledo, Ohio where he has maintained a clinical practice since 1985.
Over those 37 years, he has enjoyed a broad practice, including surgical, pediatric, sports medicine, and wound care. He had participated in various professional church and civic organizations throughout the years. He is board certified by the American College of Foot and ankle orthopedics and has participated in teaching staff of Saint Vincent Podiatric surgical residency program.
Married to Marianne for 45 years, he has five children (two deceased) and two grandchildren. He has completed 20 marathons and still enjoys regular running, biking, woodworking, playing guitar and cooking. He is an avid Cubs and Bills fan.
