About Dr. Trevor Herak

Dr. Trevor Herak initially attended Coastal Carolina University and graduated from the University of Dayton. He later completed a Master’s of Science at Georgetown University in Washington D.C.

Dr. Herak’s path ultimately converged with Podiatric Medicine, driven by a personal journey marked by sports injuries and surgeries. Inspired by his own experiences on the football playing field and the resilience it instilled in him, he recognized the opportunity to help others overcome similar challenges. Dr. Herak graduated from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Herak practices in our Ashtabula and Conneaut offices.
